SALES OF OTHER PROPERTIES.
Messrs Wright, Stephenson, and Co. report the sale at a- satisfactory price of allotment 26, Castlerock Estate, comprising about 380 acres, to Messrs Sutherland and Son. They have also effected the sale to Mr James Chapman, of Stoneburn, of the Waihexno Grange Estate, ths property of the executors of the late Malcolm M'Keliar, together with all the stock, plant, and implements thereon. This estate is situated near Dunback, and. consists of about 7300 acres freehold land and 3000 acres leasehold. Mr Chapman is to be congratulated upon his purchase, which should prove a profitable investment for him.
