TO CORRESPONDENTS.
A shareholder of the GaTden Gully Quartz Mining Company sends us an open letter to the management of the company, iv which foe makes a serious allegation which may .or may not be true. In the present state of the lib-el laws of the colony we cannot take the responsibility or publishing it, and can only recommend "ihim to ventilate liis grievance at tlie annual meeting of shareholders, or get up a petition for a special meeting signed by a sufficient number of shareholders to warrant the directors to call one.
