Consols, £91 7s 6d. The quantity of wheat and flour afloat for the United Kingdom is 2,805,000 quarters, and for the Continent 1,180,000 quarters. The Atlantic shipments are 14,000 quarters, and the Pacific nil.

At the tallow auctions 1233 casks were offered; and 244 sold. Prices are unchanged.

The May and July wool sales are limited to 150.000 bales. The September and November are not limited. Seven thousand quarters of South Australian wheat, shipping or shipped, were sold^at 335. At the Antwerp wool sales there v\tre numeious buyeis, and iair animition. There wad a fall of 5 centimes on the last auction. Eight hundred and thirtytwo bales of La Plata wool were sold.

Butter is firmer. Danish is uuchan^eJ. There is good inquiry for colonial, ard arrivals are pretty well cleared. Xew Zeoland is quoted at 103s to 104=; New South Wales and Vu-tonau. 102s to 103s, occasionally 104s ; Queensland, 100s to 101s.
