Anxious. — Your birds have liver disease. Open one and see for yourself. The disease may be acquired by over-feeding or lack of green skifE, or may be constitutional, being inherited from parents subjected to the condition mantioned. The disease is frequently unsuspected till a critical period like the present — i.e., after heavy laying or during moult, when vital changes take place. Give Epsom salts in fresh drinking 1 water daily for a couple of weeks a-nd plenty of green food; otherwise feed lightly.
