' At the annual meeting of the Gear Meat Company to-night the annual report, which was adopted, showed that after making allowance for depreciation and payment- of the interim dividend there was a balance of i £14,700. The payment of a dividend of 4 per cent, for the half-year and of a bonus of 2 per cent, and the transfer of £9380 to next year's account wore agreed to.
