SALE OF A HOTEL.

Mr D. M. Spedding reports the sale of the Douglas Hotel, situated at the corner of Creorge street and the Octagon, Dunedin. The purchaser is Mr James G-eddes, late proprietor of the- well-known Criterion Club Hotel at Alexandra, who has just returned from a tripto the Old Country. Possession is to be given in January.
