MISSION TO KABUL

LONDON, December 15.

The British mission to Kabul, which is headed by Mr Louis W. Dane, Secretary for Foreign Affairs of the Indian Government, eveigjivliere received a cordial welcome. The mission has arrived in Kabul.

A number of questions will be discussed between the British representatives and the Amesr. First, there is the question of the subsidy of 18 lakhs of rupees (£120,000) which is provided for by the Durandi agreement. The Ameer has never drawn this subsidy, * and the money has gone on" accumulating to his credit. There is also the question of importing arms, and quite a number of border questions and various other matters.
