The Author, having been pressed to publish this nariative in Booli Form, wishes, prior to deciding on doing so, to ascertain what amount oi support he is likely to be accorded, and therefore invites those who would be willing to guarantee to buy one cloth-bound copy (or more), at the price of 3s 6d, to send in their names and addresses to the Editor of the Otago Witness as soon as possible. If only one relation of each New Zealand soldier who went to South Africa does this the publication will be assured.
