AUCKLAND, December 8. The speed of a- motor car,, according to Mr Kirkbride, M.H.R., is an element of danger, 'fraught with serious possibilities, to residents in the country. Speaking on the subject of the regulation of traffic at the Local Bodies' Con'f&renoe, Mr Kirk-bride said ie thought th,e speed of motor cars required attention.
