Rules and Regulations : 1. AH Nominations and Acceptances must be accompanied by the necessary Fees ; otherwise they may be deemed informal. 2. NOMINATIONS for all Events, including Time Trots, to be made to the Secretary on or before 8 p.m. on SATURDAY, 7th January, 1905. 3. WEIGHTS will be declared on or about TUESDAY, 10th January, 1905. 4. ACCEPTANCES will be received up to 8 p.m. on SATURDAY, 14th January. 5. HANDICAPS for second day will be declared at 9 p.m. on 18th January, 1905. Acceptances a,t 10 p.m.. 6. Winner of any race after declaration of weights may be re-handicapped. 7. The New Zealand Rules of Racing will be strictly adhered to. 8. Entries to state age, colour, and pedigree of horse, name of owner, and colours of the rider, and performances of all horses not known to the Handicapper. 9. The Trotting Races are held subject to the Rules of the New Zealand Trotting Association. 10. By entering a horse the nominator and every person having any interest in such horse shall be deemed to accept all the conditions and restrictions imposed or implied by these Rules, and to be debarred from questioning any action or conduct of any official of a Trotting or Racing Club in respect of such horse or of any person connected therewith otherwise than is provided foT by Rule 93, Rules of Trotting. The name of the trainer and owner or owners must be included in all acceptance forms when acceptances are sent in.
