OLD WRITERS' WEEK.
WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 21. — JSTo Ordinary Letters to be Sent In Between December 13 and January 3. — Dear Little Folk, — Several writers have asked me to appoint a time for Old Writers' Week once more, and as it is so long since the O.W. had an innings I hajw decided to fix on December 21 as Old Writers' Week. I think on this occasion we shall confine the definition of O.W. to writers who have attained the xetiiing age, and have ceased to be active members of the page. There are so many good writers on the retired list now that I feel sure we shall have a most interesting page, and there can be no doubt that everyone will be delighted to see the old names once more. Will little folk observe, therefore : 1. That Wednesday, December" 21, will be Old Writers' Week. 2. That Old Writers on this occasion are writers who have attained retiring age, and have cea-sed to write. 3. That all letters for O.W.W. must be sent in before Tuesday, December 13. 4. That no ordinary letters must be sent in between December 13 and January 3. I hope little folk will pay particular attention to No. 4, as the holidays come in between the two dates, and any letters received then cannot possibly be attended to. — Yours affectionately, DOT.
