ACCEPTANCES must be in the Secretary's hands by 9 p.m. WEDNESDAY, September 7, except for Farewell Haaidicap. Three staiters or no second money, four starters or no third money. Winner of any flat race after declaration of Weights, to carry a penalty of lolb, and of every additional race a further penalty of 61b. Hoises handicapped at Bst 10lb or over to cany only half the above penalties. Totalisator dividends will be paid on first and second horses in races in which six or more horses in separate interests start. Totalisator investments by tele-graph can be irade with the Secretary on the oourse under the usual conditions, up to half an hour before each race. ' All races run under N.Z.
