LAWN TENNIS REPRESENTATIVES.
(Feoh Oitk Own Cobuespokdeht.) WELLINGTON, Juns 9. The following lawn tennis players have "been nominated for inclusion in the team, which will represent New Zealand against New South Wales in Sydney next Se-ptem-ber: — Wellington Association— Messrs H. A. Parker, C. C. Cox, F. Laishley, and It. Nr. K. Swanstoa ; Otago Assodaticn — Mr C. White; Canterbury Association — Messrs F. M. B. Fishsr, R. D. Harman, Aitken, and Kiver. The Auckland Association, for some unaccountable- reason, has not forwarded a sing-le. nomination, yet Mr J. Peacock will no doubt be considered by the Selection Committee. Taranaki, Hawke's Bay, Marlborough, and Nelson Associations have also failed to reply. From information received, the New South Wales players «r© already hard at pra-ciice, and are looking forward with keen interest to the mc-sting ■with th-a New Zealand team, which will hs> picked on Friday. There is some doubt as to whether Mr Parker will be able to get away.
