HUNTER.— On the 30th December, at Tay street, Invercargill, David, the infant son of James and Maiy Hunter (late of Mosgiel) ; aged 5 days. M'KEWEN.-On the 9th January, at his parents' residence, Begg street, Musselburgh, Francis Edward, beloved son of William and Mary M'Kewen : aged 13 months. Deeply regretted. R.I. P. MATTHEWS.— On Sunday, 10th January, at Roxburgh, William P. Matthews, proprietor of Mount Benger Moil; aged 36. "Entered into rest. PEATES.— On the 6th Janua-ry, 1904, at her late residence, Brown street. Ban-field, Mornington, Isabella., the beloved wife of William Thomas Peates; aged 35 years. Deeply regretted. PETERS.— On the 29th December, 1903, at Port Molyneux, James Hendry George, the only a-nd belovedl son of Otto and Sarah Peters, and grandson of Mrs List, late of Allanton; aged 18 months. Desply regretted. WRIGHT —On the 4th December, at Kimberley, South Africa, John, second son of William T. and Mary Wright, of Clyde street, Roslyn ; in his twenty-ninth year. Deeply regretted.
