CHINESE LABOUR. CAPETOWN, January 8. A di'aft ordinance regulating the importation, of labourers to the Transvaal Dimes is published. It confines Chinese to one mile radius of the place of eniplojment, unless given special leave for 48 hours.
The Afrikander Bond is engineering an extensive campaign against Chinese labour, and is petitioning the King direct.
