(From Qua Own Cobr-bbeoot-ekt.) BOXBURGH, December 18. The weather continues very boisterous, and rain is falling almost incessantly. A good deal of snow has again fallen on the heights. The river is going down again, having fallen a foot since yesterday morning. The Long Valley dredge is laid up for a few days owing to an accident. j The amount of drift travelling is cassias ft. lot of trouble to the Teviot dredge
