STUFFED ROLLS.

Small, round dinner rolls, Jib of any cold meat, a gill of brown sauce, half » teaspoon- " fnl of chopped shallot, two teaspoonfuls of chopped parsley, two tomatoes, salt, pepper, Cut a small, sound piece off the top of each roll. Scoop out all the crumb and save it for future use. ■ Cut the meat into small dice, removing all fat and gristle! Cut the tomatoes, after peeling them, in dice also. Mix with all the other ingredients. Season well. Fill the rolls witiT this mixture. Replace the tops, and they arc ready.
