THE KAISER'S VISIT.
LONDON, November 17. Extraordinary precautions have been taken at Lowther Castle in order to secure the Kaiser's privacy. The daily plans of amusements are kept concealed. The Kaiser conferred on Lord Lonsdale the first class Order of the Prussian Crown. November 2C. It is semi-officially reported that the Kaiser has expressed himself highly gratified with his visit to England. Besides the great pleasure of staying amongst relatives, and especially his intercourse with King Edward, for whom he had the warmest regard and friendship, he greatly appreciated the friendliness and good feeling wherewith the English people everywhere received him. He departs with pleasant impressions. November 21.
The Kaiser was favewelled by Lord Lonsdale. He lunched with Lord Rosebery, aud subsequently embarked on the Hohenzollern at Queen's Ferry, amid a royal salute. The Marquis of Liulithgow (late Lord Hopetoun) took farewell of the Kaiser at Queensferry.
