COURSE OF PRICES.

The Bradford market to-day 1b somewhat better than it recently has been, London having administered a much-needed tonic. During the past 10 days it has been possible to make better prices than even what topmakers ljave been asking, and especially in 60' 8 tops values have gone up nicely. Helders to-day see that it is no use making what little stocks they have too cheap, that London's verdict must be heeded, and therefore prices have been advanced a p»nny all round. Opnosition has still to be va.eountered from spinners and manufacturers in particular, but it is only a question of time, when the holder of merinos must win. Prices paid this last week show figures which are more in harmony with the cost of wool, but «yen still there is room for further improvement.
