ACCLIMATISATION MATTERS. CHRISTCHURCH, September 10.

The Canterbury Acclimatisation Society has decided to ask other societies of a similar character to co-operate in the formation of an Acclimatisation Association, coinpoßed of delegates from all the societies in the colony. The council of the Canterbury Society discussed the matter again to-day, and decided that, in view of the lack of information on the subject, it would throw the responsibility for any action taken on the Otago Society.
