ROUND-THE-WORLD FARES LONDON, August 27.
The Peninsular and Orient, the New Zealand, the Shaw-Savill, the- Messageries Maritimes, the North German Shipping Companies, and the Canadian Pacific Railway Company have arranged to considerably reduce fare^ round the worlds via Australia and China. SYDNEY, August 28.
