WATTERSON'S CONSOLS G.D. COM. PANY.

A special general meeting of tlie "Wattcrson's Consols Gold Dredging Company waa held -in the office 'of Messrs SHgo Bros, ou Monday evening. There were about eight shareholders presni, and _Mr A. S. Adams occupied the chair. That gentleman said the only business they had to consider waa a resolution for li^uid-atioc. Ho did not think it required any discussion, and would move tho resolution, which was as follows- — " That it is proved to the satisfaction of the company that tho company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business 1 , and that it is advisable to wind up the- same, and that the company be wound up voluntarily."—The motion was seconded by Mr TS. J. Gibb, and earned without comment. Mr J. A. Sligo was appointed liquidator at a fee of 15 guinea^.
