MELBOURNE, August 18. The man Tisler confessed to the

murder of Sangol. He alleges that he had- illicit relations with Mrs Sangol, who was arrested with him on suspicion, for the past 12 months. She pestered him into killing her husband by constantly declaring that her life was miserable with him. She arranged with Tiller to come on the night of the murder, • and showed a light in the window when j her husband was asleep. She admitted him to her bedroom and stood at her ' door watching while he beat her husband to death in his sleep. She then assisted him. to throw the body into a well, cleared up the blood, and concocted the story of suicide. She gave Tisler £2 when leaving, and he arranged to return and live with her.
