The bill provides for 'benefits depending upon years of service, and not npon amounts of contribution to the fund. Contributions from teachers are to bo on a sliding scale. The bill makes provision for retirement at the age of 60 for males and at the age of 50 for females. Disablement allowances and aJlowane&s to widows and children are provided for.
