Marrah ; and sect.on 2, block X, Longwood, from J. Phillips to C. Hopgood Wm Blair's surrender of section 2G, block 11, Waikawa, was accepted. Chas. Harvey, jun.. was granted time to pay arrears on sections 18 and 13, block IX, Waikcwa; md Thos. Lnrnpert's license over pcotion 1, block I, Winton township, was forfeited. It was resolved that the resolution accepting surrender of section 12, block VIII, Longwood, ba rescinded, and the lease forfeited. Forfeiture was rescinded in regard to W. J. Darley's license of section 7, Waiau, Otahu. Minor matters were dealt with in committee, and the board adjourned.
