The National Mortgage and Agency Company (Limited), Invercargill, report the following land sales: — On account of Mr A. R. Walhs, his Woodstock property, adjoining the farms of Messrs G. S. Fleming and Twentyman Hodgson, 634 acres, to Messrs Voice Bros., of Templeton, Christchurch, who, after travelling through the Canterbury, Ma.rlborough, and Nelson districts, decided on settling down in Southlund. Also, on a-ccount of the trustees of the late A. E. Edridge, Yellow Bluff Farm, consisting of 1058 acres, to Mr John Findlay, late ol Tenraka — all at satisfactory figures.

The Otago Farmers' Co-operative Association of New Zealand (Limited) report having sold Mr Wilson's farm, of 162 acres, at Lovell's Fiat,- at a satisfactory price to Mr W. James, of Clydevale.

Allotment 14, subdivision of sections 1, 2, 3, and 7, block 11, East Taieri district, containing 5 acres 2 roods , upset rental, £6 5s per annum , valuation for buildings and improvements, £14 16s 3d Mr Francis Colunib bought in at the upset. The former lessee was Mr G. Lovell. Section 9, block I, Maitland street, Dunedin, was bought by Mr John Sutton at the upset rental of £16 yearly. Section 10, block I, ilaitland street, Dunedin, at the upset rental of £6 per annum, >™ parsed in. A 10 years' lease of sections 2 and 3, block 111, North Molyneux district (Kaitangata), containing ]05 acres 3 roods 6 poles Mr James Bennie, the existing lessee, was the buyei at the upset lental of £29.
