THE OVERDUE QUIRAING.
SYDNEY, July 8. The Quiraing, overdue from Newcastle to Dunedin, carries a crew of 24. July 9.
The South Australian zig-zags across the Tasman Sea, and keeps a sharp lookout for the Quiraing during her trip to Dunedin. She is provisioned for a month, and has a large supply of rockets, which will be burned at short intervals. If necessary she renews the search after discharging coal at Dunedin. NEWCASTLE, July 9.
