At rest. MATHESON.— On the 25th May, in Northern TransTaal, Duncan Robertson, Johannesburg Mounted Rifles, eldest son of Alex, and Margaret Matheson, High street, Reslyn; aged 27 years. MITCHELL.— On the 27th May, at the residence of his parents, King street, Mosgiel, William Mitchell; aged 21 years. Deeply regretted. NEWMAN.— On the 26th May, at his residence, Naaeby, William Newman, the beloved husband of Lois Newman ; aged 63 years. ROLLINGS.— On the 28th May, at his residence, Dee street, Oamaru, Joseph Adcock, beloved husband of Hessie Rollings. RUSSELL.— On the 23rd May, at Glebe, Sydney, James, dearly beloved and only surviving son of William Lahee Russell, of Brinn's Point, Soacliff; aged 26 years and 7 months. Deeply regretted. WARREN.— On Sunday, Ist June, at her" patents' residence, Wooclhaugh, ' Margaret Housie (Reta) Warrm ; aged 8 years and 7 months. Deeply mourned. YARDLEY.— On the 27th May, at the residence of her grandmother (Mrs Flynn), 25 Smith' street, Harriet Mabel, beloved daughter of Catherine and Thomas Yardley ; aged 8 years. R.I.P.
