A correspondent in answer to the request for parsley jelly, kindly supplies the following: Parsley J«lly — Wash, pick, and strain carefully lib of parsley, rejecting the thicker stalks. Put into a pan, add about * pint of -water (boiling), boil till the paTsley is soft, then turn all into a jelly bag that has been scalded in boiling water. To every pint of juice add 2lb of sugar, and boil gently for 20 minutes. Pour into jars, let them stand for two or three days, then cover with parchment, and store in a cool place.
