WELLINGTON. April 24. By an Oider-in-Council in the Gazette wild turnip and the o\-eye daisy are included in the schedule of the Noxious Weeds Act. Alterations in fares and lates on the Weplland and Hurunui-Bluff ycction.s of tho Government railways are gazetted to-night. On March 31 the Kaitangata Relief Fund showed a credit of £3251. During the year £432 was paid to 16 heneficianeF. Regulations under the Inebriates' Institutions Act are i^nzetted". The buildings at Noith, Harbour und B'ueskiu are to he inititi itions within the meaning of the act.
