■Messrs "W-rigkt, Stephenson, and Co. report On Saturday. 19th mst., we sold, on account •of the administrator m the estate of the John Cumnung, Arthurton, several town sections at very satisfactory prices. There was a capital attendance of the public, and bidding id' c.ich lot was very spirrted. Lot II ■ Lot 28, part section 35, block XVI, Rose stiesl, area 2G.8 pole 3, at £3G 10s. Lot III : Part lot 10. part section 56, block XVI. Lennox street, area 16 poles, with cottage thereon, at £120. Lot IV Lots 19 and 20, part hection S3, block XVI, Gor*. area 1 rood 19.3 poles, at ill 10s. We also sold, on account of Mr George M'Cregor, Balfour. his farm, containing about 120 acres, at £4 3s pei acre, to Mr James Lu=k, Balfoui.
