LONDON, April 17. A loan of £32,000,000 will be issued at £93 10s-. Sixteen millions will be offered for public subscription. The Rothschilds-, Barings, and the Pierpont Morgan Company will take the balance. It is expected to be covered twentyfolcl, and closes on or before April 21. April 18. The Times states that the loan has been already subscribed fifteenfold. It is quoted at a premium of threequarters. The new console loan has been closed. It was covered twenty fold. Larger applications receive below 5 per cent, of the respective amounts. The new «crip is quoted at 1 13-10 premium. The five million of consols taken by America was subscribed tenfold.
