Values are just now *s high as they p\er have been in our experience cf o\ > r 20 years. Skins caught now — viz., antumns (clear backs), are bringing 12d to 14d if well got up and in good condition. Too early for winders yet. We have orders for large quantities for the various sorts at highest market values, and will be pleased to treat for any quantity. All consignments receive our wellknown prompt attention, returns being sent ns soon a= goods resell us. No deductions except freight. Sheepskins. — Maiket firm, with an upward tendency, merinos and fine halfbreds being specially inquired for. Sound pelts are also bringing satisfactory prices. Hides. —Demand for all well flayed, sound ox and cow is excellent, more particularly for heavy, stout ox, which are worth up to 5Jd per ib salted foi extra stout. We require several thousand hides of all kinds for orders in hand. Calfskins — Supplies are now diminishing, but values are keeping film, owing chiefly to the big euders we are filling all the year round. For «ound skins wr are paying Is 6d to 2s 6d each, according to size. W\ our prices aie net cash on delivery.
