SWEET MARIE.

'- - TG TEE EDITOR. Sir, — I think the tune of the well-known , - song, " Sweet Marie," is a very fine one ; but ' the words are descriptive of boyish love. Wheta. a man loves, he had better tell his love to the - girl herself, rather than to the daisies. I have composed a, version which describes manly, love, and I think it will be more plea?ing to lady readers than the original version. — I am, etc., Andw. Kixeoss. Invercargill, March 31.
