Section 18, Kahautara Block, containing 184 acres. 2 The Lease for 21 'years, from the Ist day of June, 1393, of the Nga-waka-a-Kupe No. 2c Block,- containing 2605 acres 2 roods 33 perches, created by memorandum of lease' registered "number 2845 ; yearly rent £390 16s 6d. This lot will be sold subject, as regards the south-eastern portion thereof, containing 644 acres 3 roods, to a sub-lease thereover for the term of 13 years, from tho Ist day ' of April, 1901, at the yearly rent of £131 ] 12s. 3.
