Cooper, Esq., Registrar at Wellington of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, to sell by public auction, at the Homestead on the Longbush Station, on Thursday, the 24th day of April, 1902, at 11.30 a.m., The Longbush Run, and the Sheep. Cattle, and Horses thereon at the time of sale, as follows : — 1. All t-hat Freehold Land being part of Section 2, Wliarekaka Block, and being part of Lot A on deposited plan No. 249, Land Transfer Office, Wellington, containing 82 acres ; the property of Messrs- C. J. and F. G. Tully. 2. The Lease for 21 years, from the 20th day of October, 1894, of the Nga-waka-a-Kupe No. 3d Block, containing 4000 acres, created by memorandum of lease registered No. 3061, and granted to the firm of Messrs Tully Bros. The yearly rent reserved by this lease is £600. 3. The Lease for 21 years, from the 20th day of October, 1894, of the Nga-waka-a-Kuko, No. 3\, No 3b, and No. 3c Blocks, containing altogether 6109 acres 2 roods 11 pei-chos, created by memorandum of lease registered No. 3099, and granted to the firm of Messrs Tully Bros. The yearly rcni- reserved by this lease is £918 12s. Tully, numbering 75 or thereabouts, including the well-known Stallion Saracen (pedigree at salo), thoroughbied brood Mare.- (m foal and with foals at foot), two and three year old Geklingo and Fillies. 10 draught Horses, fetation Hacks and harness Horses, etc. NOTE The abovo Stock, as well as the Horses, will be sold ABSOLUTELY WITHOUT RESERVE, and in tub-lots to suit purchasers. The whole of the foregoing land* and B tock will be offered for sale in exercise of the powers of «ale conferred by various mortgage securities held by the mortgagee thereover.
