FULL SERVICES TO-DAY. THE DAMAGE IN WAIHEMC AND TAIERI. Although rain set in again, yesterday and continued for some time, the respite of the previous evening was sufficient tc avert any likelihood of further damage, and to-day the Railway Department anticipate that the full services can be run on all lines. The extra express leaving Dunedin for Christchurch yesterday at 10.20 a.m. lid not proceed beyond Oamaru, and then returned to Dunedin, arriving at 9.10 p.m. The passengers northwards waited for the ordinal y express at Oamaru.
