SALE OF LAND ON WAIMEA ESTATE
Messr3 Wright, Stephenson, and Co. report having sold privately, on account of the New Zealand Agricultural Company (Limited), the following blocks on its Waimea property. Block LXXVIII, on the Waimea sale plan, 1901, 1092 acre 3 tussock country, with Eyre Creek station homestead, to Mr John Gibson, sen , of Panawa. Block LXXIX, on the Waimea sale plan, 1001, 4133 acres tussock country, to Mr J. M. Price, of Athol. Allotments 20 and 26, block I, Survey No. IS, 434 a3r 07p, to Mr David Cconey, of Longndge Village.
