ROXBURGH, February 13. The Ettrick dredge is working well, and a 40oz wash-up is expected this week. The Golden Bed sand elevator is being fitted on at present, and the dredge will likely get a. start at the beginning of next week.

The Excelsior dredge will not start until the river gets down considerably.
