HOBART, February 12.

The Ministry believe that the action of the Federal Government is ultra vires in regard to " Tattersall," and assert that the Federal Government have no power by means of a Bide issue to abrogate the Lotteries Act. The Federal authorities will probably be requested to stay action till the Federal High Court call adjust the matteT.
