TOMATO SALAD.
Cut a hole in the top of each, and take out the pulp. Chop the pulp -with one cucumber and a slice pi onion. Season with .po^jeer, ealt^
and a little vinegar and sugar, if liked. Fill tomatoes with the mixture before serving, and on top of each put a spoonful of dressing. Serve on lettuce leaves.
