TO THE EDITOR. Sir,—l was pleased to notice your remarks re above tournament, and I hope that the players will take the matter up and subscribe "liberally. It is a pity that the matter has . not been taken up before this. I have not even heard of the formation of _a committee in Christchurch. Can Mr Mulvey kindly supply, any news, because any player desirous of entering the tourney will have to prepare himself afe once.—l am, etc., A Member N.Z.D.A. V
