The management expect to be putting out coal in three months. Charlotte Knight and her son, John Kuight, charged with obstructing the NewBrighton Tramway Company's tram on the* Bth and 9th, pleaded not guilty. The facts were that on the dates mentioned the defendants had taken a cart of hay in front of the tram and delayed it.
