This was the first case conducted before the Arbitration Court in New Zealand under the Act, and was held at We«tport on September 14, loU6, before his Honor Judge Williams, H. Thompson (.Arbitrator for Employer o), and R. Slater (for Employees).

This model was made by French prisoners in Great Britain over 100 years ago, and is composed of bone from keel to truck. It is the property of Professor Byles, of Glasgow University.
