ANTI-WAR RESOLUTION RESCINDED.

WELLINGTON, January 17. The Wellington Trades and Labour Council had another stormy and lengthy meeting last night, when a motion to rescind the pre\ious anti-war resolution came up for discussion. At times the debate waxed warm, and one delegate, who reflected on the ruling of the chair, was excluded from the meeting. Ultimately a resolution to rescind the previous motion was carried by 19 to 3 ; and it was further decided to expucige the motion from the records of the council.
