Cable advise* have been received of advance- in the Calcutta market. Cornsacks are now quoted at an adtance of 4£d • per dozen on lowest auotations, whilst woolpacks show a use of 2d. Supplies of cornsacks are expected by the next steamer from Calcutta, but in view of the fluctuating character of the market it is difficult to iorecast ruling rates.
