SUCCESS GOLD DREDGING COMPANY.

The annual meeting of shareholders 111 the Success- Gold Dredging Company was he!d at Lawrence on Monday, when there were seven jhareholders present, representing 1200 shares. |fr J. C. Short (chairman of directors) presided. The report and balance sheet, as piesented to the shareholders, were lead and adopted. The Chairman congratulated the shareholders on the excellent result of the past year's working and splendid prospects for the future. The retiring directors— Messrs J. C. Short -«nd J. J. Woods— were re-elected, as also was the retiring auditor, Mr H. H. Lesny. Votes of thanks were passed to the secietaiy, tlredgcrnister, and crew. The Chairman informed the shareholders that Ihe directors had declared a dividend for the past four weeks of 3s per fhare, making a total of 6s sir.ci the close of the financial year on 29th June.
