(From: Our Own Correspondent.) AUCKLAND, July 20. The returned troopers to New Zealand of the fourth and fifth contingents paid their last tribute of Tespect to-day to their deceased comrade, the late Gunner Arthur P. Kendall (formerly of Hokianga-) of the fifth, contingent, who died on the' troopship Tagus last week. The embalmed remains of the dead soldier ■were taken down to the railway station at 11.30 this morning from Mr C. Little's establishment in Hobson street, and were then taken out to Onehunga and shipped on the s.s. Glenelg for Hokianga, where the burial will take place.
