The -estate, which is freehold, consists of about .50 acres, and is said to be exceptionally favourable for the industry. In addition to .acquiring suitable accommodation for rearkng and fattening poultry, it is proposed to «reot a modern refrigerator, in order that advantage may be taken of the variations in ithe market prices, especially dtiring the aurtumn months when the game is in' peason.
