Agricultural. — Tlie weather has been beautifully fine for the last few weeks— in fact, it has been more like spring than midwinter. Grass has commenced to grow, and the paddocks are green and spring-like m appearance. Farmers have been taking advantage of the tine veather to push on the ploughing. Threshing is pretty nearly finished, the last few weeks of fine weather having helped it on, as the mill people have be«n able to make steady time.
